Upper blepharoplasty has been popularized as a cosmetic surgery for aging eyelid. But in this patient, result of blepharoplasty is unsatisfactory in functional and esthetic aspect unless mostly combined brow ptosis be corrected because the skin excision may aggravate brow ptosis. Many operative methods for correction of brow ptosis have been developed but there is no simple and effective method. Classical facelift is not suitable for out patient base and endoscopic forehead lift is so extensive in spite of its small incision and low complication rate. Skin excision and direct suture technique that previously developed as simple technique of brow lift are not effective for its intractable scar and relapse. 
  The authors developed new simple method of brow lift by suspension of brow to periosteum of scalp with non-absorbable suture material through the small incision posterior to hair line and concluded its advantages as following

2) Adjunct to blepharoplasty
3) Suitable for unilateral case
4) Easily removable
5) Not expensive
