"Solcoseryl(haemyl○R) is a chemiclally and biogically standardized, protiein free, non-pyogenic and non-antigenic dialysate from the blood of healthy sucking calves.
 This study was undertaken to evaluatethe efficacy of Solcoseryl in open wound. Additionaly, we examined the effect of intravenous or intramuscular administration of Solcoseryl compared with topical administration of Teracholorodecaoxide(TCDO) and combined therapy of Solcoseryl and TCDO. We used eighty rats which were divide into four groups, 1) control group of physiologic saline, 2) intraperitoneal injection troup of Solcosery1 3) topical administration group of TCDO 4) combined group of Solcoseryl and TCDO. The Size of wound contraction was calculated. The specimen from the granulation tissue was stained with Hematoxylene & Eosine stain. The histological findings were compared with control group.

 The results were obtained as follows;
1. Solcosery1 used by intraperitoneal administration was effective in wound healing.
2. There were significant differences between exprimental groups and control group(p<0.05)
3. The combined therapy with Solcoseryl and TCOD did not accelerate the healing process of experimental wounds of rats more than its monotherapy but is was significantly more effective than control group.
4. In microscopic findings on the Solcoseryl group, the authors observed marked trowhtof the granulation tissue, infiltration of the inflammatory cells, development of capillaries and even arrangement of collagen than the control group.
 We can conclude that the Solcosery1 used by intravenous or intramuscular administration promotes granultion tissue formation, agumented casculariztion and enhanced accumulation of collagen, so wound healing process can be shortened.
