While in this 20th century, there has been numerous sweating for the evaluation of surrgical procedure since the lipectomy on abdomen was introduced by Dermax & Marx in 1890.
 Although there are many variation, transposition of umbilicus and undermining of flaps are being used currently in almost all abdominal dermolipectomies. Recently developed liposuction technique is very helpful in getting good results, if used simultaneously.
 Miniabdominoplasty involves limited resection of the abdominal panniculus without relocation of the umbilicus. Belt lipectomy, popularized by Gonzalez-Ulloa during the 1960s, is essentially an abdominal lipectomy performed on the lower back.
 In our experience over the 5 years, we have performed 12 cases of miniabdominoplasty and 4 cases of the belt lipectomy respectively, and analyzed the results.
