In Korea, the blepharoplasty including double-eyelid operation is one of the most popular cosmetic surgery. And at the same time, reoperation is frequently done owing to patient's trivial complications. And these trivial complications are enough to give disatisfaction to patients. Naturally, surgeons feel stressful when they deal with patients who want second operation. However, our recent study shows very successful result by following procedures esive band completely, redistributing orbital fat(especially medial compartment), pulling levator anteriorly, and suturing the skin at 3 points. These procedures can preserve the septal function. Therefore, I seriously hope that this article would give some relief to surgeon who is facing second operation
