A man's identity is often related to the size and appearance of his genitalia, considerable improvement in the aesthetic appearance of the genitalia is possible. These kinds of surgery are focus on the elongation or augmentation of penile body, but actually the penile glans is the most important portion of sexual activity for the men and the women. We usually think that the mucosa of glans penis is very thin, dangerous to inject some materials, especially fluid like material, because main penile glans tissue was composed with cavernous tissue. We note on the thickness of lamina propria is 2 - 3 mm, so it is enough to inject some materials and augment, find that it is not harmful by animal studies. 
 We performed pilot trial of penile glans augmentation in 6 volunteer by superficial injection of Restylane (hyaluronic acid) and Artecoll . There was no local and systemic complication such as priapism, allergy and the effects of penile glans augmentation are not harmful and need further studies.
